Food to stockpile for kids?

I'm theory I'm prepping for being cut off from the grid due to bad storms, or food shortages, either because of low harvests or from supply chain being distrupted due to storms. So fairly short term.

Of course we'll have whatever we have in the cupboards at the time, but I'm also keeping a separate box of long shelf life food. I have a 1 year old and 3 year old and I never want them to have to go without.

What food would you stockpile specifically for kids? Things that are maybe a bit frivolous but will help keep them happy. I have their favourite cereal and UHT milk, plus tinned fruit and powdered custard. We also grow fruit in the garden.

Cat Mail Co - Steam Deck

Hey all, I've been searching but can't find anything. Has anyone got Cat Mail Co on steam deck? It's listed as playable but I find the info steam gives to not be specific enough. Is it frustrating to play on deck?

Wanderstop - play with audiobook?

I like to play games while listening to an audiobook, so the gameplay needs to be the kind of thing where once you've learned how to play, you can get on with things and kind of zone out, not lots of reading and dialogue. Eg some of my faves are Stardew, Littlewood, Slime Rancher, Go Go Town, I Am Future.

I'm thinking of getting Wanderstop but not sure it would work? I'll probably get it either way but wondering if it can be my next audiobook game!

(Happy for other recommendations too but I have played an awful lot of cozy games already 😅)
