One gas tank starves motor for fuel, one doesn't

Asked the question in the video.. boat is a 1961 Boston whaler nauset with a Johnson 90 on it, 4 cylinders, 1991 2 cycle motor. One tank seems to eventually starve the motor for fuel at wide open while the other tank doesn't.... the tank that doesn't starve the motor seems to have a slower moving pickup tube where the tank that doesn't starve starve the motor seems to have a faster moving pickup tube

Edit: please watch the video if you don't mind, I think all the suggestions etc so far are covered as already tried in the video.

The "fish bread" changed?

Hey Publix! Did you change the ingredients in the 12 grain and seed with omega 3 bread, taking the fish out, or did you just stop listing the fish as an ingredient?

Disconnect Ethernet on every console restart?

Hi there! When using a softmod such as badavatar, must one remove my ethernet cable every time they turn their xbox 360 on to make sure the console doesn't "phone home" potentially resulting in a ban? Or does the softmod block ms's servers permanently once a console has been softmodded once, making it safe to keep the ethernet cable in always?

One of my leaks..

Is from this "air control" on/off valve.. strangely when I take the screw top and plunger off I see that part of the pipe is exposed / open to the shell underneath??

I'm reading this is supposed to be an "air control" valve based on the part number but seems like there must be water flowing thru here..

Is this normal for this to be open like this? This is by far my biggest leak when the valve is turned one of the ways (on or off, don't remember right now)

Latest leak advice

Hey all! Thank you for all the advice so far. I've managed to fix and/or patch leaks such that when the tub isn't running, there are no leaks. Maybe not really a victory but it feels like a small one 😆

My latest leak is under a valve/diverter (?) like this. And in one pic you'll see (underneath, and circled) there's a wire going up to it. What is this wire for? Asking because the knob seems purely mechanical in that I'm literally turning a plane in the pipe or something to direct the flow of water, so why would the wire be there? Maybe part of this thing is supposed to be lit up? I don't know, and don't really care about lighting.. the tub has a light at the bottom that works fine. I figure I'll just unplug the wire before I unscrew the turner valve knob to replace or seal it, but curious what its purpose was.

Frankly I wish the tub didn't have any flow knobs or on off switches but beggars can't be choosers lol.

Unrelated --- I have another one of these flow knobs on another part of the tub which seems to control flow from pump 2. What's strange is when I have it flowing to one set of jets, and pump 2 is on (this one is only one speed, high) - the water flows fast and furious. When I have the knob turned completely the other way, there's barely any flow to the other jets it's serving. Does this mean I have an air lock somewhere on this side of the tub, or a blockage or something? The T gate valves are all open coming off the pump (at least the levers are) - and I presume if it was one of these gates I'd not have any flow at all. Interestingly sometimes I have to turn this knob all the way one way and all the way the other way to get the jets I described as pumping fast and furious to work at all..

Thank you in advance for any advice you can give!

Latest leak - recommendations?

My latest leak is from this joint. Should I heat it up, try to pull out the pipe, clean the joint out, re prime and re glue? The fitting with all the red tubing going into it looks hard to find...

This jet was leaking (from the tub) - is there a gasket I can get to put in between the tub shell and the water-side fixture to seal it, or should I just use some 801 on the underside when I screw it back in?

Looks like someone attempted to repair it before, and just used regular silicone bath caulk on the underside of the tub and there was actually some in the threads too.

Got a free used tub off marketplace and am trying to get it leak free, at least for a little while! lolll

Got a used tub off marketplace for free and have had the bottom open to clean it and fix leaks. My medium sized dog of course loves the smells and is looking for rodents which clearly inhabited underneath the tub at one point. Anyway, here's the small part, and it was attached to this wire. Can't seem to find anything when I google the numbers. The wire was attached to the black end of the cylinder thing. I think she thought it was a rodent tail or something. I haven't noticed any leaks in the area from which it came..

It's an LA Spa San Juan SE - adventure series? I believe it's from 2012. At least that's the most recent manual I could find.
