Would this paint pen be ok to use on this jersey?

Going to a Richard rip Hamilton autograph signing in July and remembered I had a jersey of his in my closet lol. So I thought that would be a good item to have him sign and would also be my first ever autographed jersey from any sport. So is a paint pen like the one I have pictured OK to use? Or is a different pen better? Also any other tips for preparation on signing jerseys or if there’s a particular spot that he should sign. For reference it is an old Nike NBA swingman jersey. Thanks for the help!
