For years I missed any spoilers, I just watched Season 1 for the first time.

Just watched Season 1, somehow over the years I have managed to miss any spoilers.

Thought I was watching something along the lines of Bosch, Goliath, Ray Donovan, Perry Mason, L.A. Confidential etc. But I kept thinking along the way that something's not right here or he is having a drug induced hallucinations.

As a fan of Fringe, Sugar is a real treat.

Liked the Man Who Fell To Earth vibe at times and how the movie clips and also music cues (The Thing etc.).

Season 2 awaits.

Sky CityFibre with map-t working on Flint 2 with OpenWrt 25, a nice improvement in ping time.

Swapped Sky 2.5Gbps over to my Flint 2 running the latest opensource OpenWRT 25. Ping has gone down by 1.5-2ms compared to the Sky Gigafast+ Hub (cylinder).

OpenWRT with map-t was not plug play I needed some minor config changes in Luci (OpenWRT GUI) after the "map" software pkg was installed (you need to do this before connecting Flint 2 to the ONT.

With map installed you can connect Flint 2 to ONT and power router up.

In Interfaces changing wan (IPV4) and unchecking "Use default gateway", as you use wan6_4. Then save followed by save/apply.

If this option is left checked you get broken IPv4 and working IPv6.

Add wan6_4 and wan6 to the Firewall Zone (leave lan and wan unchecked). Then save, then save/apply again.

You need to reboot the router for changes to actually sync up with the ONT.

New to Steam Controller and Steam Input? , try Aperture Desk Job, Valve's free controls/demo. Basic instructions on how to apply sleepysocks' community layout included.

Aperture Desk Job is Valve's Steam Deck controls demo and tutorial and with a few caveats is playable on Steam Controller.

Search for aperture desk job in Steam and install it's free. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1902490/Aperture_Desk_Job

Before running go click the controller icon and then click on the current configuration, this is the load new layout screen.

Valve's Steam Deck config is the default, which is missing gyro control, use L1 or R1 button or mouse to select COMMUNITY LAYOUTS tab, scroll down and look for the Steam Controller icon and sleepysock user with description 'Re-Added Right Thumbstick Detection for Gyro.' Click to see layout and then press X to apply layout and then B to get back to game in steam.

If you play the game without changing setup you will get to the Gyro section and not be able to proceed, just click Steam button on Steam Controller and change layout as above and use B to get back to game after applying layout.

Now before you play here's the caveats and workarounds: Record voice section, just wait and it will go away.

Enter name, use mouse and keyboard, I couldn't get on screen keyboard to appear.

Sign name, use mouse.

Everything else works and you have been introduced to Steam Input.

Newb, streamlining LocalLLMs?

Currently I am manually selecting system/model in Open Web UI, is there a way to streamline/automate the workflow, so that the first prompt is evaluated on the slow always on system and then is routed to the appropriate local LLM (and send WoL) ?

Open WebUI host Always on Mini PC/NAS, 5700u, 32GB RAM, debian , Open WebUI, llama 3.1:latest 8b

WoL 3080 node - headless, RTX 3080 10GB, Ryzen 3600, 32GB RAM, debian, llama 3.1:latest 8b

WoL Main content creation/gaming PC, not always available, RX 9070 XT 16GB, 5800x3D, 32GB RAM, Win11, Ollama on Vulkan, multiple models that fit in 16GB VRAM, llama, gemma, gpt-oss from 8b to 27b.

Use case broad range of tasks such as creating documentation, coding/scripting prototyping.

Video production related storyboard and animatic creation and video image processing (just draft/preview quality for creating/testing workflow with very short 1s clips for proof of concept and not time critical).
