Shout out to Aer

Trying something new - a short gratitude post.

I've spent countless hours optimizing my travel setup for multi-week trips, ~10 day vacations, and regular day trips around the city. In that process, I've tried A LOT of brands but always came back to Aer.

I have the carry on luggage, go pack, split kit (2x), gym tote, packing cubes (3x), travel kit (ultra), slim pouch (ultra), simple kit, and a maybe one more item. All of these items have performed exceptionally well. I can't recall having any issues with anything... zippers, material, design, whatever. That's hard to do. Shout out to the Aer design and production team for building high quality gear.

Also want to give a shout out to the NYC store staff. Juan, the guy that's holding it down over there, is friendly and knowledgeable. The perfect guy to rep the Aer brand in one of the biggest cities in the world. I've always had a great experience there.

[not sponsored or influenced by Aer, just a happy guy who loves gear]

AirPods Pro Max 2 - Their diagnostics said it works perfectly. Not the case. What now?

I’ll spare you guys a long story, but I’ve been having several issues with my one month old APP Max 2. It always puts out static and cracking noise when I listen with my MacBook Pro and iPad Pro.

I dropped it off at the store and they performed a quick diagnostics. Said everything is fine. Clearly, not the case.

What options do I have? How do I prove it? This thing is literally unusable.

Straps for Moondrop?

I love the Moondrop and the OEM strap. But thinking about how I can dress it down a bit.

Do you all have any strap recommendations (ie color, fabric, hardware, etc)? Appreciate any direct links on where to buy 🙏

Has anyone upgraded from the Sprint 150 to the GTS 310?

I have a 2019 Vespa Sprint 150. Nothing wrong with it, but I’m craving a little bit more power, a smoother ride, some new features like keyless start, and stability on the road when I’m going 40+ miles per hour. On the other hand, I love how quick and nimble my current Vespa is with my daily needs.

Has anyone made the upgrade? Any regrets?

(Budget is not a concern for me. Just want to make the right/smart choice).

Brompton bicycle on Vespa

Long shot but has anyone figured out a way to reliably carry a Brampton bike (folded up) on a Vespa Sprint 150? I have rack in the back but curious if anyone has a creative solution.
