Just so you know what I get to compare myself to, this is a railroad station wagon that my mentor has completely rebuilt.

The original was built in the late 19th or very early 20th century. The shop that built the original had to utilize blacksmiths, machinists, and carpenters. There was only a small window of time that you would have blacksmiths and machinists working out of the same shop.

In rebuilding this The Wizard King had to employ a wheelwright, a machinist and a blacksmith.

Edit: Forgot to mention wheelwright! If the wheels were stave-built with block rims he likely would have tried to repair them himself but because the rims were steam bent he just sent all four out for replication.

This is definitely my best dynamic sniper shot to date.

I love shop days.

This is the final smoothing pass for some replica mid-19th century column base.

I made some coasters at the last minute because I had family visiting. I just used some Johnson's paste wax with the intention of properly finishing them after the visit. Come to find out I actually love the water rings.

I'll probably rewax them every few months. It was very interesting to see them change and evolve over the course of a few days.

Does anyone else agree that this is the best gun in the game?

It does require a certain degree of cautious behavior, but I love that I can drop a few cartridges in without fumbling with magazines.
