Main thing I see and that is pointed out is my right arm not coming up enough . And from what can't be seen as much, I sometimes tighten up the arm, which hurts my shoulder . Any feedback is appreciated
Before I get with the "send footage " I don't have any. So I'm not sure how much help I can get here. With wall drills and solo training I've been managing to get my other fundamentals up but still struggling with hitting. Even when the receive is on point and the set is decent, I go up to the ball ,"hit" but it feels more like a pepper hit and a spike how can I get more power into the ball while in the air?
For context I've been playing the past winter in a recreational league indoor as libero mostly because of knee and shoulder issues. Those feel good now but still don't "have "the hit. I've played oppo before and now it's like I completely forgot about power. (on a rare occasion I'll still get some good hits in but it's more of a how did I do that blank moment rather than intentional).
What's one piece of advice that changed your hitting game especially on the sand?
Looking for 1on1 coaching for beach , intermediate level (4-5years experience indoors) but never really went to "formal" beach school . Looking for someone to bring up my beach game overall and brush up fundamentals.

Did surgery last year still not fully healed , tried everything I can think of , it's either useless or makes it worse . brace was worse, cortisone shot also worse, needling worse . Quit my restaurant job again because I was tired of chugging pills to barely get through the day.
I'm quite depressed by the whole thing.
