My laptop vivobook 15 pro was recently repaired and had its keyboard and battery replaced because they thought it was the reason for it not turning on but it worked for around 3 hours and then the next day its not turning on again so what should i do

If it turns out that the keyboard and battery weren't the issue can i get my old keyboard and battery back with a refund or will i have to pay full price for whatever the actual problem is
