What's causing these horizontal lines

Printing this self designed part. Using 0.20mm high quality with 5 walls for strength.

P2S

Bambu petg black.

Can't figure out why there's this random horizontal line every now and then. Would printing outer/inner help but what is causing it?

The defect in the middle of the print is from a cavity for this part to slot on to so I know that's from different shrinkage. However these random horizontal lines seem to happen randomly and in no way relating to the shape or geometry of the middle cavity.

Stock and shares ISA cash tax on LISA

The LISA can be a stock and shares ISA or a cash ISA.

Will the new tax on cash in stock and shares ISA affect LISAs?

I have one with dodl but due to their annoying stance on fees have cash uninvested for them to use to pay for it. They refuse to do direct debit unlike other platforms nor automatically sell investments or use money from a different account.

Wanting to know if this will be an issue with the new upcoming tax.

SIPP self assessment automatic basic tax relief

I contributed 48K into a private SIPP so that it is 60K in the tax year 25-26.

When I work out my net income for tax purposes do I subtract 48k or 60K as pension contributions?

I'm confused by the wording on gov.uk regarding the calculation (pension contributions where your pension provider has already given you tax relief at the basic rate — take off the ‘grossed-up’ amount)

Aircon Scotland permitted development

I've been reading about permitted development rules for Aircon installation in Scotland.

There was the may update in 2025 which seems to only apply to England from my understanding which allows up to 2 external Aircon units which also supply heating.

Looking at the ASHP rules for permitted development in Scotland or seems they define an ASHP as only for water heating and none for air?

https://www.gov.scot/publications/circular-1-2024-householder-permitted-development-rights/pages/6/#class6h

'the air source heat pump must be used only for the purpose of providing domestic heating or hot water'

Am I missing anything for Scotland which allows to Aircon as it seems there are no specific rules?

I also know people who have 2 ASHPs for hot water - is there an update I'm struggling to find.

Edit: Found this consultation in response to the change in England. Not sure if there is an outcome from it yet
