I have a new l50 ultra for over a month. It's been great. The only issue I have is often when I open tbt app to start a cleaning cycle it says "device is offline" when the device is most definitely online. In perfect WiFi signal and the LEDs are on the device and charger. What could be causing this? It's driving me insane!
2000 sqft bungalow, all tiles and hardwood. We have no pets, but a very messy toddler, dropping crumbs and food everywhere. What would you recommend? House layout is not complicated. We want a reliable machine to vacuum and mop daily.

Anybody here worked as a retained firefighter? Im In the running for a position and just wondering what people's thoughts on it are? Seems like a very well paid job for the hours involved. A week on call and a week off. Any advice on the position from people with experience?
