hi seniors

to all those currently in their second year i had one question

i somehow messed my JEE advanced and was hoping atleast some iit but i got lower rank

now i am getting bits dual degree

i was thinking what if i answer advanced next year again

seniors who did well in advanced but chose bits, do you think you will still be able to do it again without preparing for entire year

i dont want to giveup entire year for drop

I will probably be joining bits pilani (not mentioning campus cuase you might find me out)

My overall upbringing has been but different from what most of the students and it was good for me but not sure how will it affect me in my college life will all hostelmates different than me

Basically, both my parents wanted me to succeed in studies and they always kept me away from any distraction but always supported me in any good things.

From childhood I have not seen more than 6 film in theatre, 0 cartoons in childhood (my parents never wanted me to get addict), 0pubg, 0 web series

You might think such life will be boring. No. I have alsways enjoyed watching infotainment on YouTube. been watching thinkschool since lockdown. Did some hobby electronic projects and participated at nationals. Participated in top quizzes at nationals, do JEE without any feeling of stress et

always interested in politics (not choosing party) but what's right or wrong

Also till now my friend circle was small but very good friendship. I am open to talk but not the guy who will just walk to any random guy in a random meet

What will you do if such a person comes next to you? how can I blend better ? are any people like me?

guys I am a goan hoping to join bits goa

i wanted to know a few things

even though goans are allowed to come home every weekend, how often do you guys come?

do you get to come by scooter or any other thing or have to use bus?

any other thing you would like me to know as a goan joing?

i am selected for board interview. any idea how many students get selected and what percent get seat

i want to get to bits and shift towards computer. not interested in job but higher studies but might work to clear loan

How many clubs can a person like me afford to join (I went through the list and now want to join astro, quiz, robotics and coding club, can I?)

What about minor (I am a guy interested in politics and that somehow puts me into thinking to do a PeP minor, but I am thinking to do computing and intelligence or data science minor career point of view). Can I? how stressful with msc physics?

Hi, I recently gave bitsat and I am getting 227 marks. I am assuming I can get MSc physics at physics at Goa. is there any chance of getting any electronics branch

Also for MSc physics, how easy is it to get phoenix branch (I want anything except chem and mech). Like I was 97% in class 10, 97percentile in JEE. How good in studies you need to be to get it? some online sources tell me that almost 70 percent students get electronics. Does this mean that you have to perform very bad to not get electronic?

Also, I am a social kind of guy, interested in quiz etc, will I get time for it? And also I am interested in multiple things, sometimes not related to my field. Will I get time to do minor? What percent of dual degree students do minor?
