My baba and I got this message saying that he violated some traffic rules but why did i get this message? I don't own a car? Any idea on how to proceed here? To make sure this is / isn't a scam?

How do i collect the money from the bank through the cheque?
Ok so im probably gonna get the refundable security amount (cheque) from my uni bcz i cancelled my old admission bcz i changed the dept which includes applying for admission again and paying the whole fees again...
