First time heading to DC! Is there a group chat or a time/date/place where a meet up happens?

chat tell me why i was able to send a file in nearly 5 seconds before a support fell off.. to then me re-slicing and it taking almost 10 minutes? i reverted back to 1.1.40 because anything after that makes my machine want to poop it's pants. how are we fixing this issue??

Had my CC1 for almost a year with not issues. I am unsure if my printer issues are hardware or firmware.

I opened the gear box and cleared it of any gunk, no clogging, no tangling in filament.

If i go into the extruder screen and press down on the filament, it'll grab and extrude like normal. As soon as I start a print, after a few minutes it'll stop grabbing filament. It had successful prints on May 19th so I'm really not sure it was the firmware.

Please help😭

edit: I also can't flash a previous firmware for some reason. I formatted the flash drive to fat32 and turned the machine off before putting it in. I do not receive anything in settings.
