I have been fascinated by this town and am watching everything I can but would love to read more about it. Anyone have any experiences here or books to recommend about this place in Alaska?
Currently reading a lot of books about Alaska and this is mentioned a lot but when I google this literally nothing comes up! Can someone explain?
I have read the county only has one vendor which I have accepted, but whenever I look up beach chair rental near Eastern Lake Beach access nothing comes up that actually lists or references this area to rent chairs. Is it called something else? Does this area not have chair rentals?? I feel like I am going crazy!! The place we are staying is about .2 miles from the eastern lake access on the map and I am floored why I can’t find chair rentals.
I’m looking for no workouts except dumbbells and/or resistance bands or no equipment Pilates type beginner workouts to do at home. I am too afraid to ask people I know for recs because I have never worked out in my life and am known for how little athleticism and flexibility I have 😩 but I am legitimately just trying to be healthy as so many article I’ve read say women should be lifting weights/strength/resistance training for bone health. I have done some research of recommendations and tried them but they were not beginner friendly enough.
I did a month of 1.5 then a month of 4 and lost about 10 lbs in those 2 months. Now that I’ve bumped up to 9 mg I feel like food noise and constant hunger is back. Does this eventually level out? Should I just keep pushing? I know my doctor is going to make me stay on 9 for a month until she agrees to go to 25 but it just feels brutal right now.
Now that there is another pill on the market or soon to be on the market are there any anticipations that the 9 and 25 mg will go below $299? Anyone finding it somewhere below $299?
