They're not bad kits, but some of them are weaker than the others-
With Build 42 releasing on Wednesday, what are y'all expecting to come with it? We already know some areas of the map, like Fallas Lake, are getting revamped and remodeled, but what else do you think we'll see? The devs have been pretty quiet about what else is included, so there's a lot of room for speculation. Do you think there are any big surprises they're keeping hidden, or do you expect this to be mostly focus on polishing what's already been added?
Hellstorm Rocket Batteries and choke points... does it get any better? It definitely helps that this was a pretty terrible Beastmen stack, but watching wave after wave get erased before they could even reach my line was incredibly satisfying. I've also been feeling a lot more confident in battles lately, especially since I started playing on Very Hard battle difficulty.
I'm not really a cavalry guy. I know how important they are, so I always bring a few units, but I've always preferred artillery and monsters. This battle was different, though. I ended up with wayyyy more cavalry than I'm used to, so I actually committed to using them properly... and it completely changed my perspective. Yeah, I know this was just a trash stack of zombies and skeletons, but watching my cavalry repeatedly charge them down and shatter the entire army felt so satisfying. Is this what it feels like to play Bretonnia? Have I been converted? Am I about to start running Reiksguard Knight doomstacks?
Playing the Barricade Scenario with 2x the population is hell. Trying to survive the first night in the middle of Louisville is hard enough, but the bombing runs and strafing makes it so much harder. Just as I finally thought I was getting away, I got the notification that a plane was going down. Luckily I've dealt with it before, but It immediately turned into an "oh no... OH GOD, RUN!" moment. Somehow I managed to dodge all the explosions and debris. That's a lot better than some of my previous runs, where the engine landed directly on top of me and trapped me inside it. After surviving the night and finding a working car the next morning, I decided to drive back and check out the crash site. I had to take a few screenshots because, it looked incredibly cool especially in the middle of the street.
(Emotional 😭)

As the title says, how do we feel about Special Projects? Half the time it feels like you don't really get to use them until the very end, especially if you don't start with any facility. I'd love to see them expanded with more unique projects (like my beloved battlecarriers), but I'm worried they'll end up like the Spy Agency. introduced with a lot of potential but then rarely updated afterward. Will they eventually become one of those things where you just do the bare minimum to unlock what you need and then never touch them again? I feel like they have a lot more potential than that.
If we can have a pykrete carrier, then we should be able to have a battle carrier, especially with it being more realistic and passable. I know it'd suck and it wouldn't be good at either role but I think I'd be so cool okay?!?
I wouldn't want to meet these people out on the airsoft field.
These two are called the "Hawk" and the "Little Morgan"
