The configurator is very addicting
Spent the last couple of days doing some configuration on a platypus.
Honestly can’t make my mind up now even more

Here are “some” of my platypus designs. I’d pickle grip worth it? For a edc and competition gun?
Also is there a smaller mag funnel?
4.0c is my first real handgun I got in May. Started shooting handguns in May too. Love the gun

I’m 22, I just started to shoot handguns like in the beginning of May. Before that I just go to the range and shoot rentals every couple of a months to have fun with my friends while having the target lookin like a shotgun blast.
I passed my CCW qual when I got my handgun. It wasn’t hard surprisingly and got my CCW permit soon after.
I started to shoot competitions beginning of July. I see all these people going super fast and accurate. They are all quite on the older side but they are better than me. There’s people that shoot their first matches that I’ve met shoot better than me.
Then I see people on IG. I remember this account called @direshooting? I mean he def put the work in. But he said he made form C class to A class in 3 months? How? I’m shooting low C class in USPSA and I do IDPA too but not much I’m just there to practice appendix.
I dry fire pretty much daily. But I don’t have any fancy targets or equipments at home. Just my gun and my holster. I do take some free targets from the matches I hang up on the wall in my room. But I have house mates I’m not going to run around the house with people in it and targets hanged around the walls. So I only have my small room to work with. I maximized target placement to be about 6 feet apart I can’t run around and practice. Max distance from my body to the target is probably 4-5 yrd max.
I go out and shoot at ranges whenever I can. Though I don’t have access to an open bay like a lot of people running drills I’ve seen online. @nathanbarnesshooting for example. I think I always see him do one of the classifiers just on an open field. I don’t have access to any of that. I only have access to a static bay at a range with max to 25 yrds
I do not have a working VR headset. Dropping $600-700 just for ACE VR might be dumber than me dropped $400 for a PS5 2 years ago for spiderman 2 for Christmas….for now. I mean many people made GM without ACE VR couple years ago right?
I shoot competition minimum of 4 times a months so far. Last months (first months of shooting) I did 8 events bc I had free time and most of them were at night after 6pm.
I used to do a lot of track days. I’d say shooting is way way harder than driving fast.
Any suggestions on any meaningful way for me to improve when I’m handicapped
