For new device setups, is Apple forcing updates from 18 to 26/27, or can you bypass and disable automatic updates?

Hey folks, thinking about getting this TV as it seems to be the best IPS with no local dimming TV available.

I'm currently torn between the 55 and 65 inch models though. The reason being, I think Glossy screens / reflections are part of the problem so the matte screen on the 65 is appealing, however my room is small, I'll only be about six feet away so the sheer volume of information the 65 inch is pumping into my brain might also be a problem.

Any thoughts? Do most people get the 55 inch? It wont be in direct sunlight and we have black out curtains so glare won't be too bad an issue. We also mainly watch at night anyway.

Anyone got a magic solution to this error? Lenovo pos software for creating a recovery image just failing almost instantly. Tried two PC's. Sometimes it gets up to a couple of megs per second before failing, so it can establish a connection.

I can't just use Windows media creation tool as I'm restoring to factory to sell, and that would not install the Lenovo drivers. Lenovo support giving the usual bs about firewalls and av (not installed, just the windows defender, but I disabled anyway. No vpn.

Tried two pcs. Direct ethernet. Firewall exemption. Disabling defender. Manually launching as admin. Weirdly support recommended changing region format to US.

Anyone else managed to fix this, or even better got an image they cloned for Lego 2 z2e?

On Sky broadband in UK but I disabled their stupid broadband protection tool.

I think people are betting on an omnibus soon, probably a fair bet. Crazy after them being gold dust for so long. I won’t even say what I paid for vol 4 for!

Going to be mounting my TV on the wall shortly, and there are no decent places to put my RIG once the tv stand is gone.

I don’t see any decent ootb solutions for getting a hdmi 2.1 signal to another room on the house without stringing a an hdmi cable. Any thoughts?
