Colors are actually more muted in person. Doesn't fit my space so I left it for someone who will love it.

Got 3 new crabs to hang out with Jimothy. Hard to tell but I think I got 1 male and 2 females. So we now have Jimothy, Jarnathon, Jichelle and Jiffany.

They're settling in and finding their preferred spots. So excited to have a group :)

Found an enclosure that juuuuust fits. Tried not to go crazy on this build, so it's a mix of new and old stuff.

The water volume is low and I want max oxygenation so I added a tiny sponge filter. Media that was living in another tank has been added to cycle the water asap (will pull out in a couple months once the bacteria is established on the sponge and other surfaces).

Added a couple of my favorite pink ramshorns from another tank.

Just need to add more springtails and isopods and Jimothy's new home is ready.

Hi! I have a new red devil/hagen crab in a temp enclosure (building him a full size this weekend). He spends a lot of time in the water, is this normal or does this indicate he's trying and failing to molt?

Just released 2 of 3 into my cycled paludarium. Closer look at #3 appears to have a little different coloration do I want to confirm before I put it in (want to avoid mixing species).

Just purchased at a show, seller was clueless so no help there.

I have really small nail beds and struggle to find nails that fit. I also can't handle longer nails, I'm finding "short" is often too long for me (e.g. Olive & June). I tried retail brand: kiss, petite French and it's the best fit ever! Tried curvlife glue for the first time too. Would love recommendations from others that love this set on similar fitting brands. So bummed kiss petite doesn't come in more options.

Wanted to share my first build! Now cycling, waiting for moss to fill in and isopod/springtail colonies to establish. I'm planning to get vampire crabs in a couple of months.
