My partner does not speak English

I speak Japanese

My partner speaks Japanese only

Kid will be raised in Japan and speak Japanese at school.

How would you incorporate this, I just speak English only to my child? I have to speak in Japanese to communicate with my partner, and his English is not very good. I think the kid is just gonna end up preferring Japanese in the end. Is it a case of being strict and just only speaking to my child in English even if dad is there?

I really like Nanami and Rin, even though not bilingual but I wonder if it sounds weird to anglophone ears.

Maybe Louis (Rui)

Maybe at a stretch Dan but again, hate how it sounds..

I'm thinking of just saying fuck it and going full on Japanese if it's a boy.

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and today got confirmation of yolk sac, fetal pole and heartbeat. Tmi but today I had an orgasm and after that I started bleeding. Not a lot, or so I thought. But when the doctor looked he said "oh there's quite a lot". But, the baby was fine and heartbeat detected. However he said there is some blood up there, a subchorionic hematoma. He said I should rest and not exert myself and prescribed me some hormones. Is this dangerous? Does it mostly resolve on its own? I'm freaking out about this a little bit. I wondered what other experiences people had with bleeding and this and if they still felt able to work, etc.

Has anyone else had a situation like this? Whenever I look up 13mm, it states that's more like 6 weeks along but there's no way it's six weeks. I'm definitely barely 5 weeks and he could see nothing. Is it concerning it's so big with nothing inside? My pregnancy symptoms are there but not strong. We don't do blood tests in my country. He simply said to come back in 2 weeks. Is there hope? 😭

Tl;Dr Japanese guy with fluent English patrolling south exit of Jr @ shinjuku, harassing people and then violently coughing on them.

So I was at shinjuku station the other day. Jr south exit. I was waiting for a friend and was stood with my back flush to the wall/pillar like many other people around me, waiting for people. Everyone just on their phone pressed against the wall, out of the way.

A strange man, dressed in dark with glasses, and with black wired ear buds and receding hair suddenly started talking about me in the third person, to the point I was doubtful he was talking about me at first. "she's not supposed to be here... I really think she should move... She's not supposed to be here", kind of just repeating and circling around me. He eventually stood in front of me and continued. He was visibly Japanese but was speaking english in almost a British accent, which was rather fluent. He was slowly escalating, "I really think she should go... She shouldn't be here. She's so selfish." eventually it was so blatant that it was about me, so without saying anything, I gestured to my right and left that other people were waiting and I wasn't 迷惑 or blocking the flow of traffic. I was literally out of the way minding my own business.

He then shouted, " I'm on the phone!!" and I again went back to ignoring him. The Japanese people beside me seemed perturbed and left, at which point the aggression from him ramped up and he started actually swearing at me, calling me horrible, selfish, and that I shouldn't be here. (he never mentioned why and kept saying things in a roundabout way.. "you're... You're really just going to do thst huh? And you're here? So selfish".) He then started to violently cough on me, several times in a loud and exaggerated manner, and other people around noticed him and were shooting strange looks. I felt quite intimidated but there wasn't really anything I could do,and soon after my friend came so we just went off to do our thing.

The thing that confused me the most, and inspired me to make this post, was that after I had met my friend and my friend walked me back to the ticket gate. Same dude was stood there, 3 hours later. Same place, right outside the south Jr ticket gates, just stood there as if he was waiting for people to harass. I wondered if anyone else had encountered a man with this description or if he's well known. It was the first time I've been harassed so directly.... When he saw I'd returned with a friend he started screaming something and pointing with his fingers in the air, then swiftly entered the ticket gate. It confused me also with what seemed borderline xenophobic comments in pretty fluent English... Really interested to hear if anyone else has come across this man. Is he a regular at those gates just waiting for people?
