Need recommendations for cozy or chill co-op games with a welcoming community

Hey guys,

I'm looking for video games where it's easy to connect with people and make friends, but specifically in a non-toxic environment. I really want to avoid games like Valorant, CSGO or COD where you often run into people who hate women or just bring bad energy.

I recently started playing Content Warning and met a few cool people, but the game is a bit too small right now. I always end up landing in the exact same lobbies when I join. I'm hoping to find something with a slightly larger but still welcoming community.

I'm open to almost any type of game, though I'd prefer to avoid competitive shooters. I spend a lot of time on any Zelda Game, Stardew Valley and The Sims 4, so if there's anything with a cozy, creative, or fun co-op vibe where people actually use voice chat, that would be amazing.

Does anyone have recommendations for games where it's easy to meet chill people?

Thanks guys!

Confused about my sexuality: Lesbian, but obsessed with an older male coworker? Help!

Ok, I’m so confused and could really use some insight.

Background on my sexuality:
For most of my life, I identified as a straight woman, but I never actually wanted to have sex with guys. I just liked the attention. The way they were so easy to get aroused made me feel like I was worth something (sad, I know).
In 2023, I realized I didn’t only like men, and by 2024, it clicked that I was actually only into women. It made so much sense. Looking back, I definitely had a crush on my 6th-grade female teacher and just didn’t realize it. I tend to get obsessions/crushes on people sometimes, and for the past few years, it’s exclusively been women. (Side note: I love older women, and authority figures, I really love that comforting, mother-figure dynamic).

The current situation:
Since my first day at work in December 2025, I noticed an older male coworker. I literally wrote in my diary: "there’s this DILF." Now, since the end of July, I’ve gotten kind of obsessed with him.
I imagine all kinds of scenarios with him, and honestly? They turn me on. But here is the massive catch: if they ever happened IRL, I would run for my life. I don’t want male genitalia anywhere near me, but in theory? In a fanfiction? God, hell yeah.
I crave his attention. I want him to laugh with me, and when he laughs with another girl, I get sooo jealous. It’s so dumb. He’s not conventionally attractive, he’s kind of rough and worn out, has a dad bod, and dad humor, it's so hot.

My confusion:
I just don’t get it. The thought of even kissing him in real life is completely disgusting to me, but the fantasy is totally doing it for me.
What the hell is this? Is it just validation-seeking? Is it normal to have fantasies about men that you would be repulsed by in reality? What is my sexuality????
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

TL;DR: Realized I was a lesbian in 2024 after years of seeking validation from men. Now I have a massive crush/obsession with an older male coworker. I love the fantasy of him, but the idea of touching or kissing him in real life completely disgusts me. Confused about what this means for my sexuality.

Looking for book recommendations!

Hi! I’m looking for some good wlw book recommendations!

I’m not really looking for super spicy books. I’m totally fine with some spice, just like a normal amount, but I don’t want pages and pages of explicit scenes.

I also kind of LOVE age gap romances, so if you know any good books with that trope, I’d love to hear them!

I’m open to pretty much any genre, romance, fantasy, contemporary, mystery, etc.

Thanks in advance! <3

Strange Blood Moon Gloom like Effects

Hey everyone,

Something weird happened to me, and I’m sure there’s a reasonable explanation, but it still caught me off guard.

A Blood Moon had just happened, and all the red gloom-like textures/effects were already gone. I was about to leave this cave when they suddenly reappeared for a moment, but nothing else happened. No Blood Moon cutscene, no enemies respawning right then, nothing. It was just there.

You can probably tell from my reaction that I’ve never seen this happen before (or at least never noticed it). At first I thought it might have been some lingering effect, but if you replay the clip, you can see there’s nothing there at the beginning, and then it suddenly appears.

I don’t play this game that often… I’ve beaten Ganon, but I’m not even 50% done with the game yet, so maybe this is something common that I just don’t know about.

Does anyone know what causes this? Thanks!
