If I have TSN on my Fibe TV service, will I automatically have access to it on Crave if I use the same email or do I need to have a TSN+ subscription for that?

Should I renew or not?
Some links were still working for me prior to my account expiring. I find that RD still generates more 4K remux links than other providers, especially for older movies, which is mainly why I’m considering renewing.

Fireplace damaged by home inspector
We’re currently in the process of selling our house and our gas fireplace was ripped off the wall on one side during the inspection. I’m not sure why the inspector would do that. It’s not possible to push it back in anymore and it appears that the mounting bracket has been cracked in the middle. I’m currently trying to get the inspector to take responsibility for this, but before I go any further I wanted to make sure that I’m correct in assuming it is damaged and what the repair would look like.
