I'm genuinely at my wits end and complete breaking point. My 11 month old won't sleep anywhere except my arms. I'm so thoroughly deeply emotionally and physically exhausted I don't know what to do. I feel like I've tried everything g except cry it out and I know what the science says there so it's not an option. My husband is helpful and splits the time with me but I don't know how much longer I can do this

Do you have any sleep training resources that don't cost a months rent?

I initially stopped metformin because of all the GI issues. Well to make this as least gross as possible, I stopped the Metformin and began tirzepatide and am now having the opposite GI issues if you know what I mean. Anyone had this happen? If you did both at the same time did they even each other out?

I took my first dose (left side stomach injection site) Wednesday at 9pm so it's been about 29 hours. Side effects are not too bad and no visible markings or tenderness at injection site. Morning after the shot I noticed some lower belly cramping very light on both sides.
Throughly the day it seemed to radiate to just the left side and into the left hip/ left side. Now it has radiated to the left side of the back. Nothing is sharp pain and it feels muscular; it is sort of dull and achey. Is this typical? How long to expect this/at what point could it be concerning?
