I finally watched Phantom Thread
It’s been sitting in my watchlist for years waiting for the day I could muster the courage to watch a “romance” movie (🤮) After my first viewing of The Master this week, it was easy enough to throw it on next.
I’m glad no one told me it’s essentially a romcom because I was so pleasantly surprised. Boss babe RS gf shit.

like his dad was very violent with him so he's convinced kid diddling is love. reminds me of when my psychoanalyst asked me what love means to me and I said it's that feeling I had when I was like 10 and pretended the whole GnR band found me in a snowstorm in the wilderness and nursed me back to life.
