has anyone thought of building a wlw dating app?

every existing app seems structurally broken: men and couples infiltrate the platforms, fake profiles flood them, catfishing is normalised. women enter these apps already suspicious of each other.

i keep wondering if the real opportunity is a verification and trust infrastructure designed specifically for wlw spaces.

has anyone explored this seriously?

if there are businesswomen up for a conversation here, i’d love to explore alongside!

founder looking to work closely with another founder who is building for scale and impact

i’ve built from zero and i’m building again; somewhere in that process i realised the fastest way to sharpen myself is to sit inside a founder’s office (which is not mine).

hence, i’m looking for a founder who is already operating at scale.

my background is in psychology. i have an mba and i’ve spent the last few years working across sales, strategy, partnerships, hiring and growth across north america, EU, KSA and australia.

i can build. i know how to take something from zero and push it forward and stay with problems until they translate into outcomes. i learn fast. anything unfamiliar gets picked up quickly and applied in real situations.

if you’re building something serious and open to someone who can think and execute alongside you, reach out.

tell me what you’re building; i’ll show you how i think.

first time entering exports. what am i missing?

working on a exports case for a client dealing in african commodities. i’ve realised i understand market strategy far better than the operational reality of international trade.

i want to deeply understand how imports and exports actually work end to end from people who have done it in the real world.

- how first deals are actually cracked
- mistakes beginners make
- what nobody tells you before entering exports
- anything else that might help a newbie out

if anyone here has built or operated an export business, especially in commodities, timber, agri, raw materials or africa linked trade, i’d genuinely value guidance.

if you’re serious about building, i want to talk

i graduated with an mba from a tier 1 college. the last few years have been spent in environments where things move fast and expectations stay high. it was always clear to me that following a predefined path was never going to be enough.

i don’t have a fixed idea. i have built something from scratch before. i have seen what it takes to make something exist where nothing existed. i have also seen how quickly things fall apart when they are not built right.

i am an overachiever. if i don’t know something, i learn it in a day and get to work.

i know how to take something from zero and push it forward until it starts to move and i stay with it until it holds.

i think deeply about people. decisions fascinate me and momentum is something i pay attention to. building something that matters is the only goal.

i’m looking for people who feel this in their bones. people who feel restless. people who know they are capable of more. people who are willing to try without guarantees.

right now i’m free and spending my time getting on calls with people every day, trying to understand how different people think and where something real could emerge. if you have been thinking about building something, reach out, tell me what pulls you; let’s see if something clicks.

ps: i am equal part ambitious and disciplined, it's the adhd in me.
