My life is falling apart, but the beat just dropped
Zindagi full damage-control mode mein hai, lekin main room lock karke mirror ke samne Salman Khan bana ghoom raha hoon 🕺✨

Aab aur kar bhi kya sakte hai😭
I’m slowly starting to accept the idea that maybe I’m just not meant to be genuinely loved or to experience being in love.
I’ve never dated anyone, never really had that kind of connection with someone, and sometimes it gets to me more than I’d like to admit.
I know I shouldn’t measure my life against other people’s relationships, but when you constantly see people finding their person, it’s hard not to wonder what’s wrong with you.
Maybe I’m just overthinking it.
And honestly, it’s okay if I don’t get love from a girl. But what about family? Even after helping them financially when I could. They never cared about me.
And then there are friends. I used to be available for them at 3 in the morning if they needed me. Now everyone just ignores me. Some only text or call when they need something. At this point, I’m slowly starting to believe that maybe they were never really my friends to begin with.
I don’t know what’s happening around me anymore. Somehow, despite always being there for people, I’ve become so lonely🙁
TL;DR: I’ve never experienced love or a real relationship, and lately I feel like I’m losing the people around me too. Even after helping my family financially and always being there for friends, everyone seems to ignore me or only reach out when they need something. I’m starting to feel like I never really had genuine connections in the first place, and I’ve become incredibly lonely
I'm dead inside, from past 2 months, I'm having anxiety attacks after 1 in the morning, I cry for about 10 min and then think, what can I do, like family don't love or care about, i thought I'll work hard, thats not did anything then again I tried working hard and studying hard as well, that is not working, i don't have friends, or any social circle, i stopped going out because everytime i go out i see friends hanging out, couples loving each other, and i think why can't I do these stuff, from past 4 months, i tried reddit extensively, started posting goofy posts ngl it made smile a little but as soon as I close the app my empty room hits me again, I tried making friends here, but I think its my conversational skills, that I can't hold on to them or maybe they have irl friends so its okay, I also want to do things like a normal guy, i also want to hold hands of a girl or not that just talk to them when I'm low or just hear them talk. At times I think to just ran off leaving everything behind but then I realise that run off from this, it will change nothing i still am lonely after that still be lonely. I work remotely, i study also remotely, all day just in my room. I stopped going out just for stroll also, if necessary then only i go. I just wants to be normal that after work just talk to someone, someone will text me during work that did you have lunch? Why this feeling repeats itself again and again and again everynight.
Everynight reminds me that I'm alone.
TL;DR: For the past few months, I’ve been feeling extremely lonely and emotionally exhausted. Almost every night after 1 AM, I get anxiety attacks, cry, and wonder why working harder or studying harder hasn’t changed anything. I work and study remotely, spend most of my time alone in my room, and barely go outside because seeing friends and couples reminds me of what I’m missing. I’ve tried Reddit and making friends online, but the connection never seems to last, and the loneliness returns as soon as I close the app. I don’t want anything extraordinary. I just want someone to talk to after work, someone who checks in on me, someone whose hand I can hold. Sometimes I want to run away from everything, but I know I’d still be lonely. Every night reminds me that I’m alone.
Gotham poora chhaan maara...ab Reddit pe dhond raha hoon
Catwoman, agar ye post dekh rahi ho toh "meow" kar dena 🐈⬛😭
Meri toh koi hai nahi, toh socha tum sab logon ko hi wish kar doon.
Khush raho yaar sablog, enjoy karo aaj ka din. 🥹
As a guy jiski social battery hamesha low rehti hai, I genuinely prefer someone jo din bhar chapad-chapad kare while I can just sit, smile, and listen 😅
Abhi tak aisi koi mili nahi hai, but as a hardcore introvert, yahi dream hai. Jab main khud itna shant rehta hoon, toh life mein thoda shor machane wali toh chahiye hee. Ek continuously bolne wali aur main aaram se sunne wala soch ke hi lagta hai kya mast life hogi ❤️
Koi set ho jao mere se, bohot pyaar karuga ❤️
Nahi toh zindagi bhar isi accomplishment ke sath Jina padega 😮💨
Watching this polar bear while waiting for a baddie 😭
Just dancing through the heartbreak of being completely single. Anyone else catching deep feelings for an imaginary partner as soon as this song comes on?😅
Today I came across another reel... someone's head was resting on his girlfriend's lap while she gently played with his hair. And for a moment, all I could think was...
Damn... I wish someone would do that for me too.
I don't think I'm asking for much. I just want a love that feels this simple.
The funny thing is, I don't even want some perfect movie-like relationship.
I just want someone I can spend evenings with. Sit by the river and talk for hours. Hold her hand while we walk. Buy her flowers whenever we meet. Buy her her favorite snacks. Remember the little things she likes and dislikes. Rest my head on her lap while she talks about her day, and at night she scold me to sleep early.
I want to dedicate love songs to someone. Write cheesy letters. Surprise her with little things. Make her feel loved in every possible way.
The problem? There isn't even a girl around me to talk to. And I'm so shy and introverted that sending random DMs isn't even an option. Honestly, if a girl starts a conversation with me first, I'll probably forget how to speak.
So every evening I watch everyone else living the moments I dream about. Then I scroll through Instagram and see even more of it. Every night I tell myself, "One day... when I finally meet someone, I'll do all of this."
I've been saying "one day" for years.
I'll be turning 22 next week, and somehow I'm still waiting for that person to show up.
Sometimes I wonder if I'm asking for too much, or if I was just born at the wrong time.
Hai Koi jo meleko godi lele, please, please, please 😭🙏🙏
I saw this image, and it hit harder than I expected.
For the longest time, I've been the version of myself that everyone expects. I smile. I laugh. I make jokes. I help people whenever they need me. If you looked at me from the outside, you'd probably think everything is fine.
It isn't.
The smile isn't fake because I want to fool people. It's fake because explaining what's actually going on feels impossible.
How do you explain feeling lonely when your phone stays silent for days?
How do you explain spending your birthday with no one to celebrate it with?
How do you explain always being there for others, only to realize you can't remember the last time someone was there for you without you asking?
I've spent years convincing myself that if I worked harder, became kinder, helped more people, studied more, built a better future... maybe eventually I'd matter to someone the way they matter to me.
Instead, I just became the "reliable person." The one people remember when they need something, then forget once everything is okay again.
So I keep smiling.
Not because I'm happy.
Because saying "I'm tired of feeling invisible" usually makes people uncomfortable, while a smile keeps everyone else comfortable.
I don't want sympathy. I don't think my life is the worst. I know people have bigger problems.
I just wish, for once, someone would remember me without needing a reason. Someone who reaches out because they genuinely wanted to, not because they needed something from me.
Used ChatGPT to help organize my thoughts.
I don't even know why I'm writing this. Maybe I just need to get it out.
I've realized that I'm nobody's first choice. I'm the person people remember when they need advice, help, someone to listen, or someone who's available. Once they get what they need, it's like I disappear again.
I keep asking myself what I'm doing wrong. Am I too available? Too easy to replace? Too forgettable?
What's funny is that I genuinely care about people. I remember the little things. I check in. I stay even when it's inconvenient. But I can't remember the last time someone showed up for me the way I show up for them.
I'm exhausted from always being the one who reaches out first. If I stop texting, conversations just...die. It's painful realizing how many relationships only exist because you keep them alive.
I know people have their own lives. I know nobody owes me constant attention. But sometimes you just want to feel like you matter to someone without having to earn it every single time.
Maybe this is just part of growing up. Maybe I'm expecting too much. Or maybe I've been accepting too little.
I don't know anymore. I just know I'm tired of feeling invisible.
Note: I used ChatGPT only to correct the wordings. Everything written here reflects how I genuinely feel.
3 days ago, I was helping someone through a difficult time. I told them they didn't need to become selfish. They just needed to stop putting themselves last. I told them it's okay to set boundaries, prioritize their own well-being, and stop accepting one-sided effort.
At the time, I meant every word.
Over the last 3 days, I kept thinking about that conversation. Then it hit me.
I've been lying to myself.
Not because the advice wasn't real. It was.
The lie was believing that everyone else deserved that advice except me.
I'm always telling people to keep going, believe in themselves, value their own time, and stop pouring energy into people who never give the same back. Yet when it comes to my own life, I do the exact opposite. I keep giving, keep trying, and keep putting myself last.
Then I came across this image.
It felt like it was describing me.
It's strange how you can see the answers so clearly for someone else, yet completely miss them when they're meant for you.
Has anyone else ever realized they were giving someone the exact advice they needed to hear themselves?
