What machine would you suggest?

Budget under $7,000 USD, dual boiler, 110v, portable water tank (can be plumbed), 2 group preferred (ok w/ single), would prefer volumetric (if not a good idea, let me know). Anything else to consider?

What is on my research list so far:

LMLM, Rocket R9 One, LM GS3 (used), Bianca v3, Astoria AB200.

A tester in my group took less than 2 hours and received a 98. How realistic is this for an apparent first time tester.

I have low arches that are nearly flat. Will the arch eventually break in or am I doomed to aching arches.
