Guys big problem I am 13 and have an hourglass shape bc of my high hip bones how do i get rid of ot or atleast make it look cool

Any advice would help please ive been on the grind for like 6 weeks

Guys i am very underweigt and just started training a few weeks ago (37kg, 13 yo, 161cm)

What exercises should i do for shoulders and lats to be able to get a v-shape and achieve my first pull-up at home.
