Oregon B2B Opportunity

Hey all,

We’re a small commercial solar startup here in Portland and we’re looking for a few people who already have (or want) B2B sales experience.

This isn’t door-to-door residential stuff. We work with businesses, property owners, churches, warehouses, etc. If you’ve done any kind of B2B selling, this will feel familiar. We have leads and a pipeline/CRM setup and ready for you.

A couple things that might make this interesting:

If you already have a sales job, this can be done on the side. It’s not a huge time commitment, you’re mostly setting up conversations and handing deals off.

It’s a legit resume builder. You’re selling real commercial projects, not phone plans.

We’re small and early, so if you do well, you’re not just “rep #37”, there’s a real path into leadership or a bigger role as we grow.

We train you on the solar side, so you don’t need to be an expert. You just need to be comfortable talking to business owners and opening doors.

If this sounds interesting, shoot me a DM and we can talk details.

Looking for a partner to generate solar leads in Oregon

My business parters and I are in need of leads to close. We have 15+ years experience closing solar deals that we're set by door knockers. We are trying to go away from that model and would like to have someone generate leads for us via ad campaigns.

At this moment we are only looking for partners who are able to take a 50% commission split for closed deals.

We are not looking to pay per lead, unless its carefully curated and all of the the following requirements are met:

  • Utility bill provided
  • All decision makers present
  • Roof has > 15 years left of life

Hiring Solar Sales Reps (Self-Gen) - Portland, OR

Any other solar setters getting tired of doing all the hard work just to hand off your deals to someone else?

If you’re consistently setting quality appointments and have ever thought, “I could probably close these myself,” you’re probably right.

We’re currently hiring self-gen reps in Oregon who want more control over their income and growth. Whether you already close deals or you’re a strong setter looking to make the jump, we can help. We provide closing training, sales support, and access to a highly competitive redline compared to many of the major installers in Oregon.

The goal is simple: keep more of what you earn and build your own book of business instead of staying stuck as an appointment setter.

If you’re motivated, coachable, and interested in learning more, send me a DM. Happy to answer questions and see if it’s a fit.
