Am I getting a good deal?

I have a coworker who said he’d sell me his 15’ welded Gregor to me for 4k. I’ve been out on it once and it’s really well kept, had the transom reinforced for the larger engine. New Bimini top, Lawrence fish finder, and cover. Do you think that’s a good deal? I’ve always wanted a fishing boat, especially now with two boys, I just don’t have the option of spending a lot of money since it’s not a need. I do want a slightly bigger boat but not sure for the price I could find one. Located Northern California.

In ground pool removal

Anyone have a in ground pool removed recently?we bought a house a few years ago and were not made aware that there was a decent sized buried pond(from what the neighbors told us it’s basically a pool) and it’s been the one thing holding us back from being able to redo our yard. Who’d you go with? How much did you pay? And how was the experience? Tia

Garage update advice

Our home was build back in the 50s so a lot of things were done different than modern homes. Our garage is open vault with 2x4 rafters 32OC. I want to redo and finish my garage adding storage space and drywall to the ceiling. Anyone know if 2x6 16oc would suffice when replacing the existing rafter ties? Any suggestions are appreciated

Pack rafting in NorCal?

There are a few people I watch regularly on YouTube and I’ve noticed an increase in pack rafting and seems like it would be fun backpacking type adventure. Are there any rivers that we have that would make for good entry level PR? I have a pretty good inflatable kayak rated for whitewater but I don’t really have the experience nor want to do that for a first time. So would like to keep it low class I/II.

For those that WFH along with their significant others- how often are you having sex during the week if at all?
