Bought a brand new Xbox Series S last week, my dad's account has gamepass ultimate, but I have my own separate account.

I set it up like normal, downloaded both of our profiles, but only set it as "Home" for my personal profile. Downloaded Fallout: New Vegas off of gamepass with my dad's account.

Well, i hopped on it with my personal account, and attempted to download my Xbox 360 profile...but it won't work. It keeps kicking back "Can't connect to Xbox Live, check connection" Connection is fine.

Tried hopping on my dad's profile (The one with Gamepass) and it had the same error.

Things I've tried:

Clearing local Xbox 360 data

Connecting to a different wifi

Connecting to a different port (started with 57---)

Turning off recurring billing on the Gamepass subscription

Starting the game w/o wifi, and turning wifi on while in the main menu of the game.

Anyone have a possible solution?
