Do I have a problem?

My neighbour has let me know they are concerned about their home being broken into due to how much their keyholes are protruding and we have the same doors/ locks.
I think they have raised it with the housing developer, but are being met with resistance.

Could someone confirm I have a problem?

Fallen out with my bleach powder

I have been bleaching my hair to platinum at home for around 10 years.

I’ve always used the same products with consistent success. Lansilk cream peroxide with tru lights powder bleach rapid blue and then toner with wella t18.

I’ve been using the same tub of tru lights for years, but when it ran out I purchased another with new packaging and the last 3 times Iv done my roots I’m suddenly not lightening to the pale yellow normally reach.

I’m wondering if their formula has changed, can anyone recommend me their best bleach powder?

Postage Labels

I am very new

I am currently taking my parcels to Royal Mail to be posted, but this is coming out of my own money before I get paid from Etsy

If I buy a postage label on Etsy, am I buying a label I can show on my phone at the post office to send my parcel or am I only buying something I have to print at home?

I don’t want to print something myself

I have worn the Matt foundation in the shade 150 for years. I decided to stock up a while ago and accidentally purchased the luminous foundation as the packaging looks the same.

I selected my normal shade 150, recognised the model with my skin colour in the advert when I selected it and didn’t think anything else of it.

Iv opened it for the first time today and it’s a different shade!

Iv asked on the website why this is and an AI bot replied “I want to reassure you that both SOFT'LIT NATURALLY LUMINOUS LONGWEAR FOUNDATION 150 and PRO FILT'R SOFT MATTE LONGWEAR FOUNDATION 150 are labeled with the same shade number, but they are actually two unique products with different formulas and finishes. Because of these differences, it's completely normal for the shades to look a bit different—even with the same number.”

Is that not stupid?! Why would you not create a different numbering or name system if they are going to be a different shade range? That’s what they did with the skin tint..

Also how can those two completely different shades show the same on the model?
