Does AirPods 5 have the same hair rustling issue as AirPods 4 ANC?

I love my 4 with ANC. Only thing is I have long hair that comes out to my face, and every time it brushes against the pods it makes a brushing, rustling noise. I always have to tie up my hair to avoid this. Is the 5 the same? Thinking of getting a pair for flights.

Need Audible recos, have 4 credits expiring tomorrow!

Anything similar to the Expanse or Captives War? I’ve only read these two series and won’t have enough time to try out others before all credits expire.

Any fellow Paul lovers? I can’t be the only one!

Very late to the game but I’ve only gotten to season 3 episode 6 and he died 😨😨 He and Sarah had a genuine thing before Dyad and all the side switchings ugh 😭

Tonstad measurement

Does anyone have one on hand and can help me with the height of the bottom open space? I'm trying to see if it'll fit a few storage boxes there before ordering. Thank you!

First DEXA scan ever. Went in feeling confident and walked out shocked 😩

I started my weight loss journey 3 months ago starting at 131 lbs. Current weight is 127 lbs and I've been able to maintain it and not have the weight go back up. I felt it was a good balance between eating what I wanted while keeping on track with calories and macros, and a sustainable walk/run cardio 4-5 days a week. The only thing I haven't been able to keep doing regularly is strength training.

Fast forward to today's scan, I'm at 37.5% body fat! Have I been too easy on myself? Images online show what 37.5% look like but I feel like I'm no where near that? I'm still wearing size XS/S at most clothing stores like AE, GAP, and ZARA. So confused.

Other than hopping on Caroline Girvan programs starting tomorrow, what else can I do?

42F / 5'4" 127 lbs / 34/28/36

EDIT: Thank you all who shared your own experiences and advice! I'm locking in with CG IRON starting today and will return in 3-4 month's time to confirm wether this scan was skewed or if I'm just super flabby with no muscle mass 😅 <3 this sub with all the support!

Needing creative ideas to make lifting fun and a long-term habit

5’4, CW 128 lbs, 42 yr

I’m really good at losing weight over the years but this time I want to do it right! I would lose the weight quickly and gain it back a few months later after I reach my goal.

I see the benefits of lifting weights and want to make it a part of my lifestyle long term. I’ve already made a small change that took me from 3k steps a day to 10k. I simply added a tv in front of my treadmill and now getting steps in becomes entertainment instead of a chore and I actually have to force myself to take breaks.

I started doing some beginner lifting programs at home with dumbbells and it’s hard to keep it to 3x or more a week. I just don’t enjoy it and can see myself falling off the program with any small life changes like periods or vacations or just being busy. I’m going to try CG’s programs but was wondering what others things I can try.

*no gyms. I can’t afford it and also had very bad traumatic experiences.

Can you use this kind of silicon for lubrication between the running belt and deck?

Or does it have to be the liquidy kinds?

Cineplex Richmond / Aurora / Vaughan

We recently moved right in the middle of these 3 theatres with equal distance. What would be the best theatre/showing for the Mandalorian? Dbox seems fun with this movie but is it better on the IMAX in Vaughan?

ps. just signed up to Cineclub thanks to this sub!

EDIT: Richmond HILL, ON, not Richmond BC

Intermittent squeaking, seems to be aligned with each step

Centr treadmill started to have squeaking sounds that comes and goes. Doesn’t seem to have a correlation with incline or speed settings. Does the belt need lubrication? It’s about 2.5 months old.

EDIT: lubricated the belt and it’s still squeaky, and actually starts past 10% incline. Should I be lubricating the bolts below the deck?
