Asking as a 34 year old woman who’s currently on the fence / leaning towards no. Having a healthy and happy relationship is more important to me than having children. I haven’t seen many examples where both coexist. There’s such an extreme biological shift for women that honestly terrifies me and I realized I hadn’t asked any dads for their insight about how they experienced it.

Lighting tech position hardly exists here even though MANY of us are qualified. We blame Target for this. They’re the bread and butter in this town and have set the industry standards and producers uphold it across the board.

I’m hearing a lot of folks talk about how they knew when life became too routine and they felt like something was missing. For those people, I’m curious to know if they felt fully fulfilled in their careers. I work as a freelancer in an industry that is physically, mentally and sometimes financially demanding. Also insanely competitive, over saturated and honestly …sexist. It may sound awful to some people but it’s all I’ve ever wanted to do and in a lot of ways … it’s my baby.

Im in my mid 30s and just can’t wrap my head around doing anything that possibly sets me back. I would pay mom tax HEAVILY.
