Is this 2014 Subaru Worth It?

Hello! Former Volvo driver new to the world of Subies.

My 2008 Volvo xc70 died in February with over 205k miles so I've been driving my fiancés 2014 Subaru Outback since he has another car. Unfortunately, a tree fell on it this weekend. He bought it used in 2021 with 145k miles and maintained it very well, he also owned a 2008 Subaru before that one. It now has over 250k, which I know people say shouldn't happen with that year.

There's a used 2014 Subaru Outback 2.5i at a Volvo dealership near me with 81,082 miles on it for sale for $12,149. Its had one owner, has a clean title, and 0 accidents reported. Hoping to get a car that can last me another 8 or so years. Also hoping I can talk them down in price if I pay in cash.

What should I look out for with this model year, and especially what maintenance should I expect will come up with that little milage?

TIA :)

My Dad's Vintage Ski Collection Part 2

Finally went through the rest of my dad's vintage ski collection that was stored in our barn for the past 20+ years. Just wanted to share! I'm pretty sure the Spaldings were some of his favorites to ski on
