Programs for Busy People

Looking for something that a busy person can do.

Been lifting for about 6 months now with a mosh pit of just DIY stuff learned over time from HS, college, random gym training sessions.

Been skinny fat (belly) my whole life and hovering around 51kg (110lbs) at 163cm (5’5)

Love doing the following:
\- Incline Bench Press (90lbs)
\- Overhead Press (45lbs)
\- Hammer Curls (25lbs)
\- RDLs (80lbs)

Is there a good workout split or program I can follow that respects time (3 times a week) and isn’t full body? I never have the energy for full body and end up abandoning it before how tired I am for work every time I workout the day before.

I workout at home so barbell programs are preferred.

Improving on BBG FFA and Build Orders

Been trying to get more into BBG FFA MP and had a few questions.

I’ve got around 300 hours in Civ 6 so I still feel pretty new when it comes to multiplayer. I’ve mostly been watching Herson’s videos and using the settings from his early game BBG video.

What are some good civs for just learning the game and focusing on simming? I’d rather play peacefully and get better at macro than have to fight my neighbors every game while I’m still learning. I know Rome is one already so would prefer not to play them anymore as I did a lot in Singleplayer.

Are there any general build orders people follow? Like what should I usually be building first on different types of civs? Is there a spreadsheet or guide somewhere that covers this?
Same thing for techs and civics. Are there pretty standard opening paths depending on what kind of civ you’re playing, or is it mostly game dependent? The general consensus i always read seems to be (scout scout settler settler) (b-line comm hubs) and (early empire) but is this for everyone or is it situational?

Are Herson’s game settings still what most people use for practice, or are there better settings for learning BBG FFA?
Any other guides, spreadsheets, or resources that helped you improve would be appreciated too.

Identify Bike Im Purchasing

Hello everyone! Going to be seeing a bike today that seems affordable for just casual park rides, day to day neighbourhood rides and the like for $100.

I can’t seem to properly identify it.

The listing itself says “Journey Hybrid Bike”, but looking at the images it says its a “Garneau” and in the size tag and the tube under the seat I can make out Rover.

I am assuming its a Garneau LXR Rover but that also seems to be mountain bike and has front suspensions not a metal frame like shown in the images.

Utterly confused if this is a good purchase or not!
