Side sleeper, female, 5’7”, 150 lbs. Currently on a Lucid 12” Memory Foam in plush, waking up 2-3 times a night with shoulder and hip pain. Ordered the Sealy Posturepedic Pro Lincoln Heights 14" Plush off Costco.. hoping for the best but happy to consider other recommendations in case this one from Costco doesn’t work out. Thanks!
Bought off FB marketplace a few months ago, but now looking and realizing it doesn’t have epaulettes. Did or does Burberry ever make a double breasted trench without epaulettes?
Finally mustered the courage to tackle my shadowbox craft projects. My Wild offering is meager but near and dear to my heart! Hoping to add to it soon.
Took me four years to decide what should go in these, immensely happy with the result!
Move scheduled tomorrow and the alarm bells are ringing in my head.
What I have to move:
- 3 seater couch
- Bookcase
- Over the toilet storage/organizer
- ~40 medium/large boxes
- 2 wardrobe boxes
- ~20 misc things like laundry baskets, trash cans, lamps, a floor fan, reusable shopping bags of shelf stable food, etc.
Everything except the couch is in a 10’x10’ storage unit. Some boxes are double stacked in the unit but it isn’t packed and there’s probably 1/8th of the floor that is bare. My mattress, bed frame, desk, dresser, and nightstand are all in IKEA boxes, I sold everything that was built when I moved.
I rented a 15’ U-Haul, is that big enough??
I live in DC, fully expected to spend $300-500 for a single ticket. Is this a glitch? Are tickets REALLY this expensive??? I paid $160 for playoff ticket, so I’m shocked.
Preface: I live in a very rural area and my nearest Ulta and Sephora do not carry high end makeup.
My current favorite lip combo is Colorpop’s BFF3 Lippe Pencil with Maybelline Super Stay Vinyl Ink in Punchy. The issue is that this does not wear well for me, I have to reapply even if I don’t eat or drink and the liner smears.
I recently tried Urban Decay Vice Liquid Lipstick in a very not everyday shade for a vampy look and it didn’t budge after being in the heat, eating, and drinking! I am so impressed and I think I want this to be my everyday lipstick. Also, I have heard amazing things about Chanel’s Rouge Duo and have had great luck with Charlotte Tillbury’s Lip Cheat Liner (again, for a not everyday shade).
All this to say.. Looking for shade recommendations for dupes from Urban Decay and Charlotte Tillbury liners that match BFF3 and Urban Decay and Chanel lipsticks that match Punchy.
Thank you!

When I got out of the military in April, the piece of advice most often given was “find a new mission.” Well.. after completing my time in the Navy, my new mission became to not be cold during the next hockey season. What started as a pattern for a Wild throw pillow quickly spiraled out of control into a 95”x83” (banana for scale) blanket. It certainly isn’t perfectly executed as this is my second crochet project ever but I am so happy with it!
Color choices due to the general aesthetic of my apartment.
Stats, since this hockey after all, are as follows:
Began: May 14
Completed: June 16
Time: 110 hours
Stitches: 40,280 stitches (190 stitches in 212 rows)
Yarn: 72 skeins
Watched/listened to:
- Lord of the Rings Trilogy Extended Version (x4)
- Legally Blonde (x2)
- Pride and Prejudice (2005) (x2)
- Pride and Prejudice (1995 mini series)
- Miracle (x2)
- White Chicks
- Blazing Saddles
- Spaceballs
- Stanley Cup Finals
- Documentaries on Endurance, the Dark Ages, and Bletchley Park
- Atomic Habits by James Clear
