Item received was incomplete, what usually happens next?

Good day,

I ordered a Leatherman multi-tool 2 days ago. Description says it includes a Nylon Sheath but the box I received only contains the multi-tool. It was delivered yesterday and I have an unboxing video and picture of the item. Already filed for return and refund but I ordered it using Spaylater and haven't marked it received yet. Question:

  1. How long does Shopee usually process this?
  2. Will they pickup the item and cancel the order on my end?
  3. The item remains on my "To Receive", will Shopee bill me on this?

Is $137 a good deal for a Wave+?

Hey y'all,

Saw this while casually browsing an online store here in the Philippines, costs 137 USD. Last month ago I saw Free T4 but didn't get it because I was hesitant. And this will be my first multi-tool if ever. What do you think?

Is Free T4 a good first Leatherman?

Hey y'all,

There is a sale in an online store here in the Philippines for a Leatherman Free T4 for 88 USD. I've read and watched reviews and so far I am reading more good than not. This will be my first EDC if ever. Should I get it?
