I’m fairly new to collecting and I don’t have the best eye for when coins have been cleaned or not. I know 1921. Morgan’s aren’t necessarily key dates, but I thought this was in incredible shape and I was just wondering if I’m alone on that or if it was cleaned and that’s why.
I’ve recently been looking for the worst coin as a fun side collection project. If I sent this in for grading would it get the lowest score possible?

Hard to tell in the photos but it’s not just shiny, it’s almost mirror reflective.
Found this little guy while roll hunting. Red book says it could potentially be approved and worth some money if so.
