i wanted to share another one of my pasta salad creations :) this time i experimented to make a pizza pasta salad! passata, italian seasoning and lots of cheese give it a very pizza flavour. it’s also very simple but i’m happy with how it turned out :)

now i’m really confused. i’ve definitely had some goofy moments in this game but this takes it. how the hell? has anyone else experienced this?
ps: i didn’t know how big the wall was so don’t mind me running out of stamina :’)
one of my absolute faves to make since i first gave them a go last year. i already want to make them again!
the only note i changed from the recipe was i only used 200g cream cheese (and proportioned the rest of the cheesecake ingredients) because the tubs of it are usually 200g but it still tastes really nice
would definitely recommend to any chocolate enjoyer :)
i’ll be visiting canada soon with my partner, as well as a trip to canadas wonderland. am just after general advice for a park day, what you’d prioritise, what food outlets are recommended, etc!

with the warm weather, i started to toy with pasta salads. i initially tried a couple of recipes i found on instagram but i wanted to see if i could put something together on my own
low and behold, this dish was born. and it turned out so well!

Sweet Chilli Chicken Pasta Salad
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 150g Yoghurt
- 50g Cheese
- 30g Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 Onion
- 1 Pepper
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1tbsp Tomato Puree
- 2tsp Chives
- 2tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1tsp Garlic Powder
- 1tsp Oregano
- Pasta of Choice
