Literally the first thing I see when I open my eyes! Velcro dog doesn't cover it.

We're not sure what Emie actually is, but she's definitely not a dog. Current leading theory is and alien sent to conduct observational research on humanity.

She used to 'blorp' instead of bark. I swear she speaks English, given how I can talk to her in complete sentences and she'll respond as asked. She's the handsiest dog I've ever met, so much so that I'm pretty sure she used to have hands and is struggling to adapt to this dog form. Just an all-around weirdo.

Bought a house (NorCal, Zone 9b), inherited this sad state of affairs.

It looks like something might be leaking, multiple heads are misaligned, and the pressure is too low. But I have no idea how to go about systematically fixing this. I could use some help from those more knowledgeable, please.
