I’m so confused help?

So my ears are at 00g 9mm they were at 0g 8mm I stretched my ears 2 days ago to 00g 9mm and I’m noticed one of my ear is puffy and it looks like a blowout but it’s not there’s no blood crust or swollen or anything and it didn’t hurt when I was stretching it so idk what to do UPDATE I just did a test to see if I was allergic. To the o ring and yes I am that makes sense because my skin is really really sensitive ✌🏻🥲
