Hello all, in my current Spain playthrough i am in the late 1890s and I’m one of the most industrialized nations currently. I have very little peasants, and I’m a Monarchy with universal suffrage and also secret police. I’m playing kinda centristly I suppose, not too liberal and not too conservative. I also have more loyalist than radicals.

Should I try and get an anarchist agitator and then start passing laws such as autocracy and such to spawn a strong anarchist movement ?? If anarchy becomes avaible to pass, should I enact it then cancel it to drive up movement radicalization ? I believe I actually currently have a historical anarchist agitator as leader of the trade unions. Thanks all for any advice ❤️
