2008-2014 owners, what trim/mileage do you have and how much did you purchase it for?

Been looking to buy one for 3-4 months now and want to get a gauge.

2010 RT 40k miles for $18k

Had a PPI done and this is the list of issues that was found.

Valve cover gasket seeping
Intake gaskets are wet. Antifreeze is full, but fails test
Has exsessive rust
Air filter dirty
Needs alignment
Windshield cowl trim cracked
Sunroof has issues closing
New turn signals
New passenger taillight

The moment the mechanic said “rust” I kinda checked out, so I didn’t even bother asking for an estimate for repairs.
Sucks cause the car look super clean
The car is from Massachusetts

Dealer cleared codes before PPI?

I paid for a PPI on a 2009 dodge challenger rt v8 automatic and in the notes the mechanic put that the reader is showing no codes but also included that the it’s possible that dealer could have cleared the codes before they arrived. They also sent a video showing the reader and said that there were no hard stored codes. Any thoughts?

Lifter tick or normal engine noise?

Got back a video from an inspection a mechanic did just wondering if the engine sounds fine.

Can you hear anything unusual?

Hey guy, I’m in the process of buying a car out of state. I have a mechanic do in inspection on the car and in one of the videos I can’t tell if I’m hearing lifter tick or typical engine noise. I would like to know your thoughts.

What you guys think about the car?

Hey guys, I recently made a post about a 2009 RT Challenger that I was interested in buying that was out of state. This is the video that they sent to me of the car. I still have to find a local shop near the dealer to preform a PPI.

2009 RT 50k miles for 18k

Hey guys, I came across a 2009 challenger rt with 50k miles.
The only caveat is that it’s in another state so I’d be paying for shipping
In total with all the fees it’s $20k.
1 previous owner.
The same dealer is selling a 2013 RT for less with 10k more miles but I’m not too fond of the color.
Any thought?

*UPDATE
Got in touch with the dealer the cars actually priced at $19,999 After all the fees $25.8k.
Not looking good boys

When I asked if I could do PPI I was told only a shop what’s 5 minutes away due to limited staff (understandable) but said all the vehicles have been inspected in house already.

What are your thoughts?

Came across this listing a few days ago and I’m thinking of purchasing but I’m not too knowledgeable about challengers so I wanted opinions from people in the community before I move any further.

$6k for used 2013 challenger 170k miles

Saw a FB marketplace listing of a 2013 challenger with 170k miles. The seller said that they’re negotiable so I was thinking of offering $4000. With the work that was done to the engine do you guys think that it’ll be worth buying?
