DIY tea + lemonade energy drink, it's delicious

It's late so I only did a 1/6 scoop of Ryze for about 50mg caffeine but you can adjust accordingly to what you want. I did 1/6 scoop in 1/2 can of Arizona and it was immaculate. I highly recommend trying this combo. Doesn't have to be ryse specifically but it's probably the best, any lemonade pre workout or energy powder will do.

It's so tasty and very refreshing.

Protein Sweet & Tangy BBQ Doritos with non fat Greek yogurt dip (with a crunch of sea salt)

I have been using green yogurt to replace sour cream recently and it's actually very tasty and even more sour than sour cream so it works very well. I had a little left over green yogurt in my cup after a meal once and I didn't know what to use it with so I tried it with some of these BBQ protein Doritos I had and it's actually super good. These are quite spicy so the green yogurt perfectly cools it down and goes perfectly with the tangy and spicy Doritos. I know it's still fried so it's not super healthy but it's pretty decent protein and the green yogurt pairing makes eating this a bit healthier than plain.

Just thought I would share this combo (I know protein Doritos alone have probably has been posted a bunch), this combo is pretty delicious.

And if you think it's too much sodium or something I added a single crunch of sea salt and these Doritos are only 150mg sodium per serving so it's likely 200mg ish sodium total.

Total macros for this snack combo is around: 8g fat, 15g protein, 10g carbs
