I unfortunately don't have any extra info on him, asking for a friend. Any help is appreciated!
I have to admit I've been quite lucky in my 4ish years in the aquarium hobby. I currently have 11 tanks and typically don't wash my hands between feeding them (I do always wash well before to make sure my hands are clean from chemicals/lotions/etc, but I never worried about cross contaminating my tanks), or wash plants if I'm moving them from 1 tank to another, or really wash the siphon between water changes. I often quarantine new fish, but this time I didn't and right now I'm having an ich outbreak devastate some of my oldest swimmy friends and it's heartbreaking to know that I caused this. I've had ich twice before and got lucky treating it with high heat and had no casualties, and now losing 6 fish in 3 days is brutal. So how does everyone else feed multiple tanks to avoid spreading waterborne diseases? Especially if you have a lot? And what do you do to your equipment and supplies between tanks? TIA!

I just noticed this weird spot on my bristlenose, did she maybe scrape herself on something or is this any kind of infection that anyone recognizes? Any advice is much appreciated!
