I have a very healthy BMI of 18.3 yet bc of genetics my face looks puffy and undefined, hence why i watch my sodium intake and try to keep it as low as possible, especially cause i dont get much potassium from my diet cs of calorie tracking and trying to keep sugar intake low. I'm considering about a teaspoon of NoSalt potassium chloride salt as a potassium source, as it could cover all of my daily potassium needs.
