Does anyone know what the "bioengineer" ingredient(s) are in Nestlé chocolate chips are?

I tried looking it up (-ai of course) and nothing but a few Facebook post and random comments pop up. Also does anyone know a better alternative for chocolate chips preferably organic(ish). I know its probably going to be more expensive but im okay with that.

How do you guys deal with Micromanaging from supervisor?

TLDR: micromanage from supervisor and no one is doing anything about it not even upper management's.

Its come to the point of them wanting to know everything about what you're doing even about going to the restroom (yes they've asked someone why they're constantlygoing to the bathroom). Also limiting people from doing their job if it means its "disrupting" what you're currently doing. Even tho what you're doing and what another employee is asking are related to the job?

Its come to the point where people have told me they no longer feel comfortable coming to work because they're not allowed to do or go anywhere even if it pertains to their job. Mind you this is one supervisor that should have zero say what others do but acts like they do. It feels like they want to put a wedge into communications with departments and how no one should be talking to other departments.

Each department has their own manager and/or supervisor yet they want to control every department as if they're in charge of everyone. Its causing more confusion and delays than anything. Idk how upper management's hasn't gotten involved already. I guess once we get hit with negative reviews and calls from customers is when they're gonna stop it byt why wait so long.

Entitlement to peoples food?!

What is it with older women and food? I dont eat in the break room anymore because older women comment on each other's food. They also all share their food with each other and I do not want to participate in that i also dont want to feel like i owe people food. I always say no when they offer me something because they then expect you to offer them something.

One time when I did eat in the break room I was eating chips. One of the lady's didn't bring lunch and 3 other lady's offered her some of their food. One also had chips and asked her if she wanted some instead of saying anything she paused looked at my chips then at hers and just stared at me. I took one of MY chips and ate it while looking at her. Mind you these are grown adult women, I can keep going but this is getting long.

TLDR: I don't want to share my food stop expecting me to feed you.

Edit: I should've led with this im Mexican and the women I work with are mexican as well. A lot of you are offended by me saying "older women" even tho thats what they are. They range from 55-65 idk why yall are mad about getting old when thats life. Also im 30 you guys taking a dig at 20-25 yo for no reason speaks about you instead of the 20-25yo
