Second Round of TMS

Hello, everyone.
I got TMS around a year and a half ago with amazing results. I went from not being able to leave my room, to going out every day and even getting a job! It was all great until a few days ago when I suddenly started feeling my depression coming back. I contacted my psychiatrist and she said to do another round of TMS. Have any of you gotten TMS twice with the same results? Should I expect it to be as successful as it was the first time?
Looking forward to your replies.

Other Medications

Does anyone here take Contrave along with other mental health medications? My doctor wants to prescribe me Contrave, but he said to talk to my psychiatrist first because of contraindications. Anyone take them all together with no significant side effects? (I’m scared of serotonin syndrome.)

Please Help Me

Hello, everyone.
I’m a female, 5’4”, 189 lbs.

I gained weight because of a medication back in 2019. Before that, I was 141 lbs. I would like to go back to that weight or even lower (135 lbs). I have PCOS with insulin resistance and my doctor said it would be difficult for me to lose weight. But honestly, this seems impossible.

How many calories should I eat a day? I have a food scale at home, if needed. And are there any free workouts I could do at home that you recommend? I am a beginner. I am severely mentally ill and get tired easily, but I would still like to do this.

I have food allergies and food aversions. I pretty much only eat rice, chicken, and pork. And I only drink water and Pepsi Zero (no calories, no sugar).

I’m scared of weight loss medications because of the many possible side effects.

Being skinnier would help with my self confidence and lower my cholesterol and A1C. I know I can just Google this, but I would really like it to come from someone who has experienced it. That’s why I decided to post here. Thank you in advance.

Mental Health Meds

Anyone here take phentermine with mental health medications? I picked up phentermine from the pharmacy today and was told it has major interactions with three medications I take (Paxil, Latuda, Ativan). So what should I do? I messaged my doctor, but she hasn’t called back yet. What’s your experience with this?

Starting Soon

Hello, everyone. I will start taking phentermine next week. I need an ekg done first, per my doctor, and if everything is okay, he said I can start the medication. This is my last resort. I’ve tried everything to lose weight, and nothing has worked. My doctors say it’s because of my PCOS (PMOS now?). I really hope phentermine helps me lose the 50 pounds I’ve been trying to lose for 6 years. I’m just scared of the side effects. How was it for you? How was day 1? Did you notice side effects soon or as time went by? Did they ever go away? Please help me ease my mind, I’m a very anxious person.

Hidden helix next?

This is my current set up. I want another piercing so I can have eight on each ear. (Eight is my favorite number.) Do you think a hidden helix would look okay?
