Slow start, mild yet rewarding bounty

I've seen some Namwahs here looking variegated, that eventually even out. Can I prolong this, or os it just a stage. This was planted in an excavated alkaline clay pit, almost enitrely replaced with horse manure. I suspected the manure was too strong (no smell)?, but even after weeks of replacement with coco coir on surface still looking stressed. Beside it is a Rajapuri - exploding in size without replacing any manure fotr coco.
Please help me identify my banana variety. I'm leaning towards Dwarf Cavendish. Maybe a Namwah.
