I forgot to downgrade in time but I see other posts that did downgrade get stopped anyways. Support says I have to upgrade my account to PAYG in order to downgrade or start my instance again. Just wondering if it is safe to do so? I live in the United States and have a credit card but I heard that they periodically charge you and I'm worried that I forget to replace my card if it expires in 2030. Also, I heard you can get hit with large invoices if you set it up incorrectly.

I remember withdrawing a few months ago on Rakuten for an instant gift card. I don't see that option anymore? Did they remove it or hide it really well?

Usually USPS delivers at around 3pm. Also it would normally be out for delivery at this stage...

I recently bought a new deadbolt and I need to take off the old one. However, the front plate is stuck. Was it glued on or did the paint make it get stuck? This lock was there when the house was purchased. Please help, and thank you so much!

I have a Dell Optiplex with the following specs:

- i7-9700K
- 32GB DDR4
- Intel Arc A310 Low Profile
- 1TB NVME SSD
- 256GB SATA SSD
- 12TB SATA HDD

I have been using it as a Plex server for a while, and the NIC would randomly stop working under heavy load, which would require a restart or an unplug and replug of the ethernet cable.

A few months ago, the server started blinking orange, and it has never been able to power on since. Since I was in college and it was at home, I was only able to try and troubleshoot it recently. I tried unplugging and replugging the memory sticks but that didn't work. The pattern of the blinks are: Blink 2 twice orange, pauses, blink 1 orange, pauses, then repeats.

Can someone please help me with things I should try that can revive this server? Thanks!
